RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase but if you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason - we are here to help!

To submit a return request, please login to your customer account or create a new one using your order email address.

Share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, make announcements, or welcome customers to your store.

  • RETURNS POLICY

    Our return policy lasts 14 days. Returns over 14 days unfortunately won't be accepted.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including garment tags.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    SALE ITEMS
    Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
  • REFUNDS

    If returning by post, your return will be inspected, and an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original payment method, please allow 3-5 days for this to be processed.
    All refunds exclude shipping costs.
  • EXCHANGES

    Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products. If you would like to request an exchange please contact us or send us an email at admin@sorellaboutique.com.au
  • RETURN ADDRESS

    We do not cover the cost of returns / shipping costs.
  • PROCESSING TIME

    Please allow enough for your return and refund to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of approval, please first check your bank account again, or contact your bank for further assistance.
    If you require additional support, please contact us at admin@sorellaboutique.com.au quoting your order number.
  • TRACKING

    If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
